Job Description
* Requirements analysis
* Design and implement functional solutions in projects
* Provide effort estimations for projects
* Coordinate with the Omega team and/or clients to achieve project objectives
* Analyze and improve application performance
* Collaborate with technology providers as needed
* Validate solutions against functional requirements
* Ensure compliance with Omega's software quality standards
* Generate functional documentation
* Share knowledge within Omega's community of practice
Required Experience
* At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting
* Experience in business process analysis and redesign
* Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions supporting sales, customer service, and after-sales processes, with focus on user adoption and continuous improvement
* Experience with Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Community, etc.
* Experience working with Agile methodologies
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
