Job description
Participate in the integrated commercial planning process through development of annual Customer Plans that support Brand and Channel Plans. In active cooperation with our Category Development Team. Manage the customer Decision Making Unit at all levels and develop relationships with several (commercial and non-commercial) contact persons, that enable the account plan achievement. Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations that implement our Customer Business Plans.
Develop timely and accurate forecasts (on volumes and spendings) for assigned accounts and revise throughout the year. Negotiation of pricing, assortment and promotions with the aim of maximizing sustainable sales & profit, operating within Lotus commercial guidelines. Analysis of sales figures and monitoring of promotional activities to drive category insights. Leading and inspiring the Field Force team for the customers he/she is managing.
Profile
We are looking for a Sales Talent, with proven experience in regional Key Account Management, and clear potential to further develop in skills and competencies. We aim to recruit for a commercial career inside our Group, inside or outside Spain. Key characteristics:
1. Bachelor or Master Degree (Marketing, Commercial, Economics,….)
2. 4 years of relevant experience in key account management within FMCG.
3. Knowledge of LIDL, ALDI, Carrefour, DIA are a plus.
4. Team player with passion for building brands.
5. Fluent in Spanish and English.
6. Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
7. High stress tolerance, able to manage multiple tasks in parallel (given we are small team)
8. Driving results (going the extra mile to get things done).
9. Strong analytical skills and financial understanding.
10. Understanding the quote ”Retail = Detail”, meaning that excellent execution is key.
11. Strategic Influencing, both internally and externally, to drive growth of customers assigned.
