If you are considering the challenge of becoming an Account Manager for a leading internationally focused organization, then we are looking for you. We require a dedicated, innovative individual to train both internal and external teams on products and services for enterprise clients. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving enterprise account penetration in the Cataluña region and the private sector, including sales and maintenance, aligned with Huawei's enterprise business strategy, value proposition, and channel engagement model.

The role requires senior-level sales experience with both large enterprise accounts and mid-market opportunities.

Responsibilities :

* Territory Sales : Target, develop, and close opportunities in enterprise accounts within the assigned verticals, including major accounts in banking, energy, transportation, and public administration.
* Territory Channel : Develop and maintain a channel plan for local partners, coordinate with the channel team, and collaborate with other account managers managing national and global partners.
* Enhance customer relationships by managing activities between Huawei and clients. Promote the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions.
* Create sales account plans to identify and act upon new business opportunities in line with Huawei's enterprise strategy.
* Utilize sales engagement tools to ensure focused and aligned execution.
* Use Huawei reporting tools for knowledge sharing, synergy, and business predictability.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
* Understand and practice solution sales mechanisms and components.
* Develop key enterprise account management skills, including forecasting, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, and negotiation.
* Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and motivation within the team.
* Ensure proper handover and leverage organizational resources such as presales, services, and channel support.
* Gain extensive industry and Huawei enterprise skills knowledge.
* Provide customer and market insights and feedback.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold brand integrity.

Qualifications :

* Ability to develop new business models using new technology.
* Experience managing customer accounts at both executive and technical levels.
* Skills in establishing brands, exploring product opportunities, and developing competitive strategies.
* Good working knowledge of ICT solutions.

Skills / Experience :

* Minimum 5 years of ICT sales or account management experience, with a proven track record in sectors like banking, energy, transportation, or public administration.
* Proven ability to build long-term relationships with major accounts.
* Excellent collaboration skills across various functions such as product management, engineering, and marketing.
* Creativity and innovative thinking are essential.
* Willingness to embrace challenges.
* Proactive attitude towards task execution and achievement.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
