Fundació Privada Món Clínic Barcelona is a private, non-profit Foundation, linked to the Hospital Clinic de Barcelona, whose mission is to strengthen people's health and improve the quality of life of citizens.
We are looking for a Digital Health Project Manager to cover a maternity leave (8 Months) for a part time (20h/week). This role will oversee the strategic and operational management of a high-impact innovation project in digital health & AI in the area of oncology.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact innovation in healthcare, working alongside a highly experienced multidisciplinary team and gaining broad exposure across product development, clinical validation, compliance, industry collaborations, and open innovation management in a leading healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Ensure effective project management, tracking progress against timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Product Roadmap: Own and manage the product roadmap, including product backlog prioritization and feature definition and ensuring alignment with clinician needs and meeting all regulatory requirements (e.G. EU AI Act, MDR).
- Clinical Validation: Coordinate closely with clinical and data science teams to validate the solution, translate medical needs into product requirements, and ensure clinical relevance.
- Industry Collaborations: Support fundraising activities, including preparation of pitch materials, engagement with industry partners, and negotiation of collaboration agreements and sponsorship contracts.
- Financial Sustainability & Governance: Ensure the financial sustainability of the innovation project, manage budgets, escalate key decisions to senior management and lead Steering Committees.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in a relevant field, preferably related to health sciences, engineering, or business administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management within digital health, artificial intelligence and/or healthcare innovation.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across clinical, technical, and business functions.
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
