* Identify and develop business opportunities within the SEA region to drive growth and market penetration.
* Leverage your extensive network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase client acquisition.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the SEA market to achieve company objectives.
* Promote our multi-asset trading products, internal trading terminal, and MT5 platform to potential clients and partners.
* Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
* Provide regular reports on market trends, business development activities, and performance metrics to senior management.
* Build and manage a local team as needed, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Minimum of 3 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
* Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
* In-depth understanding of the SEA financial markets and regulatory environment.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in both English and local language is crucial.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
* Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and internal trading terminals.
