* Develop user flows, journey maps, and detailed sitemaps to guide design solutions
* Produce interactive prototypes across a range of fidelity levels based on project needs
* Translate insights and requirements into functional specifications
* Conduct usability reviews and heuristic evaluations following UX best practices
* Analyze user behavior and data to detect friction points and identify design improvements
* Plan, carry out, and document usability testing sessions with end users
* Lead and facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders and team members
* Clearly communicate design rationale and defend UX decisions to business and product leads
* Approach problems with a blend of creativity, strategy, and efficiency
* Engage in all stages of the product design cycle, from initial research through final delivery
* Minimum of three years of professional experience in user experience design
* Strong understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design approaches
* Proven background working across various digital platforms including websites, responsive designs, and native mobile applications
* In-depth knowledge of mobile UX best practices, including Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Android's Material Design
* Advanced proficiency in Figma and practical experience using design systems
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
