Role Overview Act as the link between business and technology, defining, refining, and delivering solutions across risk and core banking platforms. Ensure clear requirements, proper design, and high-quality implementation in an agile, international setup. Key Responsibilities Gather and refine requirements with SMEs and stakeholders. Create
epics, user stories, acceptance criteria
(DoR/DoD). Partner with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Architecture across the SDLC. Validate features, support releases, and assist with UAT. Analyze logs, run basic
SQL, review data models, and assess defects. Ensure scalable, coherent solution design aligned with architecture standards.
Must-Have Requirements Degree in CS/IS/Telecom or related field. 4+ years
tech-functional experience in banking. Knowledge of: Credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian) Decision engines (Modellica, Provenir, Experian) AML/KYC, Collections Experience in digital transformation (front/back-end). Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira/Confluence, CI/CD and DevOps exposure. Nice to Have Data governance/quality, BPMN, REST APIs, Postman/Fiddler, observability. Agile certifications (PSM/PSPO/SAFe).
