About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Academic Relations Manager to strengthen our presence in Spanish universities focused on health education. This role is key to building long‑term academic partnerships and promoting high-impact educational content that supports student learning and faculty engagement.
Location: Various Locations in Spain (Travel Required; home‑based possible)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty, deans, and decision‑makers at universities and health institutions.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between our organization and academic institutions.
- Actively promote our educational content and digital resources to universities, highlighting their value for health studies programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored presentations and promotional materials aligned with academic needs.
- Monitor trends in health education, including curriculum changes and policy developments.
- Provide insights to internal teams to inform content strategy and product development.
- Foster trust and collaboration with faculty through consistent support and responsiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for academic inquiries and feedback.
- Travel across Spain to attend academic events and conduct meetings with university stakeholders.
- Represent our organization in faculty meetings and academic forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Studies, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Solid experience in academic relations, health education, or institutional sales.
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish; strong command of English required; Portuguese is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Office tools and digital platforms used in health education.
- Ability to analyze feedback and data to improve academic engagement.
- Adaptable and culturally sensitive.
