Job Description:
Do you have a passion for working with colleagues across the globe, being part of an international team, and managing Human Resources (HR) projects? As an HR Operations Manager (M/F/d), you will be the point of contact for HR departments in Spain and Portugal, ensuring successful implementation of global HR projects at the local level. You will monitor service quality for internal partners and play an important role in the Spain and Portugal HR Leadership Team, representing HR Operations.
Responsibilities:
* Drive the evolution of the HR Operating model using insights and data.
* Implement global HR programs and initiatives.
* Collaborate with country-specific HR teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Improve systems, processes, and services to optimize HR activities.
* Work with stakeholders to co-create change management and adoption strategies for global HR projects.
* Collaborate with regional teams, demonstrating strong teamwork and passion.
Skills/Knowledge Required/Preferred:
* Familiarity with local laws and Workers Council management.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools, with high skills in PowerPoint preferred.
* Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and oral.
* Strong analytical skills, data-driven, with attention to detail.
* Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
* Experience with project management approaches and tools.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global organization.
Minimum Experience Required/Preferred:
* Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Economy, Law, or related fields.
* Experience in Human Resources, with successful implementation of strategies or systems.
