What skills & experience are we looking for?Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's / Masters or MBA's degree
Proficient in Spanish and English (written and oral)
Minimum of 3 years working in Data&AI or related business transformation
Minimum of 3 years in strategy or management consulting

Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot code for data analysis and model development.
AI Model Deployment and Integration (MLOps): Experience in deploying models into production environments and integrating them into existing business processes, ensuring seamless implementation of AI solutions.
Data Ethics: In-depth understanding of ethical considerations in handling and analyzing sensitive information, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
