Role Purpose: Reporting to the Chief Global Customer Officer, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in key account sales, with strong connections to large CPG retailers and suppliers. Experience in CPG, Retail, and Professional Services, with data-driven insights and advisory skills, is preferred. Sales and client management experience in services industries is also advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with CPG clients, ensuring they derive value and advocate for Advantage.
* Achieve sales, profit, and new business development targets.
* Collaborate with Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to align strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
* Develop client service and product proposals by working across relevant functions.
* Negotiate and establish win-win agreements with clients.
* Lead and support market leaders in developing global client collaborations at the country level.
* Enhance the Advantage brand through thought leadership activities such as presentations, conferences, white papers, and articles.
Location: Preferably based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany). The role is remote (home office based).
Travel Expectations: Client meetings, conferences, and occasional visits to Toronto Office.
