Introducing smoke‑free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced‑risk products.


Your ‘day to day’

Your mission will be to lead a field team of around 30 people with direct and 2nd layer reports.

You will need to plan and organize your territory, having control over the objectives and developing a clear path to reach them.

You will need to analyze the territory from the sales angles, anticipate problems and positively impact on the team and their KPIs. The feedback is an important tool and you will give and receive feedback every day.

You will take difficult and strategical decisions at daily basis, we need you understand the purpose and see a big picture of the assigned projects and always anticipate and be able to activate eventual improvement plans.

Your work will be at least 50% on field, accompanying tour Team Leaders and Frontliners in their daily tasks, ensuring correct cascade down of the objectives and the way they are being achieved.

One of your accountabilities will be to detect potential new business opportunities, distribute the workload accordingly and ensure the motivation of the entire team.


Who we’re looking for

University degree.

Work permit and driving license valid for Spanish territory and held for at least 1 year.

At least 5-7 years of professional experience, at least 3 leading teams. Preferably with a fine knowledge of the assigned territory.

Previous record in sales teams, B2C and/or B2B, field sales.

Motivation for 50% of work schedule on field.

Analytical skills, excellent team management capacity, clear client, and results orientation.

Please note: if you have taken part in a selection process for this role in the past, please ensure that a minimum of 6 months have passed since your last application in order to take full advantage of your learnings from the previous process.
If you are currently on a performance improvement plan, please be aware that you are not eligible to apply for this role until you have successfully completed the program.
If you have been in your current role at Philip Morris for less than 12 months, you won’t be eligible to participate in the process. please ensure you have covered at least 1 year cycle in your current challenge.
