* Management of the research project “National Hub of Excellence in Quantum Communications” (with PRTR funding), as well as support in administrative tasks for other projects of the group in the field of quantum computing and communications, mainly publicly funded (including European Commission and PRTR funds), but also privately funded.
* Coordination with the “Secretaría de Estado de Digitalización e Inteligencia Artificial (Ministerio para la Transformación Digital y de la Función Pública)”, and “Dirección General de Investigación e Innovación Tecnológica de la CCAA de Madrid” acting as liaison between R&D programs.
* Preparation, monitoring, and financial justification of project budgets.
* Management of the recruitment of research, technical, and support staff funded by projects.
* Coordination of project-related travel and mobility activities.
* Management of public procurement processes and purchases related to R&D projects.
* Organization and administrative management of training seminars for company executives and technical staff, with a special focus on technology transfer in quantum communications.
