We’re looking for a creative, proactive and media‑savvy Digital PR Specialist to join our international marketing team and help take our digital PR efforts to the next level. You’ll be working on projects across Gostudent.De and their sister sites, supporting our mission to make education accessible and inspiring across the globe.
Plan and execute creative digital PR campaigns aligned with brand and SEO objectives.
Adapt and localise campaigns for the German market in close collaboration with local marketing and SEO teams.
Coordinate with external digital PR agencies to ensure smooth and timely campaign rollouts.
Write compelling, SEO‑optimised content such as press releases, articles, and reports.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and data analysts to produce engaging assets (e.G., infographics, studies, interactive content).
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media outlets.
Pitch newsworthy stories and content to secure high‑quality media coverage and backlinks.
React quickly to trending news and events by providing relevant brand commentary (newsjacking).
Monitor media trends to identify PR opportunities and develop innovative story angles.
Track and report campaign performance using key metrics such as backlink quality, referral traffic, media coverage, and brand visibility.
Connect PR efforts to broader business outcomes like organic visibility, domain authority, and online traffic.
At least 2 years of experience in Digital PR, with a proven track record of supporting SEO growth through earned media.
Native‑level German and English or Spanish (advanced).
A deep understanding of the PR landscape, including how to pitch stories that get picked up.
A sharp eye for what makes content newsworthy and the curiosity to explore data, trends, and real‑life stories that spark media interest.
A proactive mindset—you’re always thinking two steps ahead and hunting for the next PR opportunity.
Experience with PR tools like Hunter.Permanent full‑time contract (38 h/week).
~ Flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday (8 h–9 h to 16.30 h–17.30 h), Friday intensive (8 h–9 h to 14 h–15 h).
