Job description
We are seeking a passionate Project Manager focused on healthcare innovation and specialized in software medical devices, eager to drive innovation in digital health. This role involves leading the development and implementation of transformative healthcare projects from conception to delivery.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between commercial and technical teams, translating customer needs into actionable specifications, and ensuring our solutions meet high standards, stay within budget and time constraints, and comply with regulatory requirements. A significant part of your role will include explaining technical processes and API integrations to clients, emphasizing the importance of technical expertise and regulatory knowledge for seamless integration.
Responsibilities
* Project planning and execution: Develop detailed project plans, manage scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring successful delivery within constraints.
* Customer interaction: Guide clients through technical processes and system integration via APIs.
* Team liaison: Facilitate communication between commercial and product teams to translate customer needs into technical specifications.
* Technical and regulatory advisory: Support customers in understanding use cases, technical integration, and regulatory and data protection issues.
* Requirements analysis: Assess project needs to align with product objectives and customer expectations.
* Healthcare process understanding: Provide insights into healthcare workflows to support solution development.
* Product documentation: Define development requirements and ensure comprehensive documentation.
* Product strategy: Contribute to defining and adjusting product strategy for market relevance.
Minimum requirements
* Experience in project management, especially in software medical devices within health, biotech, or digital health sectors.
* Knowledge of AI applications in health, with experience in dermatology or related fields.
* Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, or Python.
* Understanding of medical device regulation and compliance frameworks.
* Basic knowledge of data protection laws like GDPR and HIPAA.
* Familiarity with healthcare management systems and standards such as FHIR and HL7v2.
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and healthcare stakeholders.
* Leadership experience in managing multifunctional teams.
* Degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Biotechnology, or related fields.
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
* Ability to work autonomously, with discipline, motivation, and energy.
* Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
