The Opportunity
Mission: The mission of the Strategic Planning Director is to support the development of the B&F Division Strategy and the 3Y Financial Plan, monitor the execution of the Strategy, and liaise with Business Stakeholders to continuously adjust the Strategy in response to environmental changes and emerging priorities.
What you'll get to do
Functions and Responsibilities:
* Coordinate environmental analysis with Market & Consumer Intelligence teams to help Top Management understand industry trends, growth opportunities, risks, and challenges.
* Support the Strategic Planning and Analytics VP in developing the new Strategic Plan, liaising with Top Management and external consultants.
* Coordinate with Brands, Markets, and Support functions on Strategic Plan initiatives and review progress with the B&F COMEX.
* Translate the division’s strategy into a long-term ambition and a Rolling 3Y Business Plan with different scenarios, revised annually.
* Ensure alignment with “One Group” requirements regarding 3Y Business Plans, including risk adjustment recommendations.
* Assist the President of the B&F Division in communicating the strategy and business plans.
* Establish a Program Office to monitor the evolution of the Strategic Plan, environmental sign-posts, and initiative progress.
* Review and update the Strategic Planning calendar annually, setting critical milestones.
* Lead the execution of the Strategic Planning Principles, gathering inputs for each process step.
* Facilitate BMC’s dialogue and key decision-making per Dates & Gates principles.
* Continuously improve the process by adjusting interactions, calendar, inputs, and outputs based on stakeholder needs and process evolution.

Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience across multiple functions, with a company-wide perspective. CSM certification and experience with Agile projects preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Languages: English and Spanish required; French is a plus.
* Strong people and process management skills, with experience driving cultural and behavioral change in large organizations. Ability to interface with Top Management, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
* Expertise in Microsoft Office and Project Management tools.
