- Design and implement innovative conversion funnels tailored to diverse user segments, guiding website visitors toward app adoption, while collaborating with and mentoring a Senior PM to deliver exceptional results- Identify and experiment with new CRO opportunities, driving sign-ups and app downloads through creative, user-focused solutions and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement- Lead product initiatives to maximize SEO visibility, attract high-quality traffic, and engage users effectively- Collaborate with localization experts, top-tier copywriters, and nutritionists to deliver captivating, value-driven content- Use A/B testing and analytics to optimize site design, enhance user experience, and achieve exceptional conversion rates- Analyze and present performance insights to stakeholders, aligning priorities with ambitious business objectives- Mentor and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and success- Manage and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers- Provide interim line management for product designers within the web squad, collaborating closely with the Product Design leadershipDiversity and InclusionAt YAZIO, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
