- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- You have 10 years of experience as HR Director, Head of HR or in a senior HR role ideally in an international environment with multiple subsidiaries.
- You bring deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, Leadership & People Development, HR Administration, Employment Law and Performance Management.
- Proven success in organizational development, change management, culture transformation and digital HR transformation (HRIS automation, HR analytics).
- Fluent in Spanish and English, strategic thinker with a hands‑on mentality and strong people skills you inspire teams, foster collaboration and create a modern HR culture focused on growth and excellence.
