Cab Treasure is seeking a qualified Field Sales Manager with vast experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing to be based at our Barcelona Office. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team. The position is based in Barcelona and Madrid, Spain.

**Field Sales Manager Responsibilities:

- **
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Work closely with the management team to chase, follow and convert opportunities and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for sales
- To achieve KPIs for Strategic Plan focus areas
- Effective management of customer through optimised contact and visit strategy ranging from routine visits, quarterly reviews and staff training
- To acquire and maintain a high level of technical product knowledge to facilitate conversations Thorough understanding of customers strategy and competitor activity and create awareness internally through networking to ensure an appropriate feed into the channel business planning process Field Sales Manager Required skills and qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

**Job Types**:

- Full-time, Permanent (All CVS to be submitted in English).

**Experience**:

- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Driving Licence (required)
- Work Location: Onsite and on the road.

Sueldo: A partir de 20.000,00€ al año
