About the Role
Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) is looking for a Digital Marketing Senior Analyst based in our Boadilla Headquarters in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital campaign management: Plan, execute and optimize multi‑channel campaigns (LinkedIn, web, email, paid media, etc.)
- Performance & analytics: Track, analyze and report KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI), extracting actionable insights
- Channel optimization: Continuously improve performance across owned and paid channels based on data‑driven decisions
- Content strategy with performance mindset: Support content creation aligned with business goals, ensuring measurable impact
- Lead generation & monetization: Contribute to initiatives focused on client acquisition, engagement and commercial impact
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with global business teams to align marketing initiatives with strategic priorities
- Digital ecosystem management: Support the use and optimization of tools such as CRM, CMS and marketing automation platforms
What You’ll Bring
Professional Experience
- 3‑5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing (Required)
- Proven experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns and channels (Required)
- Experience in data analysis and KPI‑driven environments (Required)
- Previous experience in financial services is a plus (Preferred)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Advertising, Journalism or similar (Required)
- Strong digital marketing background (Required)
Languages
- English: Professional working proficiency required (C1 or above) (Required)
Hard Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights and actions (Required)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and funnels (Required)
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) (Required)
- Knowledge of paid media and social media performance (LinkedIn especially) is highly valuable (Required)

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set clear priorities
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and adaptability
