What you do
* Analyze and document business requirements, user needs and technical constraints for complex digital platforms and applications.
* Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria for development teams.
* Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to align business and technical perspectives.
* Work closely with product owners, designers, developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly.
* Support agile teams by refining backlogs, clarifying requirements and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure traceability of requirements from initial concept through development, testing and delivery.
What you bring along
* Several years of experience working as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst or Product Analyst in digital or software projects.
* Strong experience translating business needs into structured functional and technical requirements.
* Experience working in agile product or development teams.
* Strong communication and facilitation skills for working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and processes.
* Experience with digital platforms, web applications or enterprise systems.
* Very good English skills. German/Spanish is a plus.
