We are seeking a highly qualified Channel Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in providing support to our EMEA Channel Sales representatives and responding to customer and prospect queries.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in channel sales and customer service, with a strong understanding of best practices. You should be able to analyze sales metrics and demonstrate a goal-oriented mindset. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential.

What will be your responsibilities?
* Sales Support : Manage correspondence between the sales team and clients, provide troubleshooting for customer orders, account statuses, and related issues. Validate order booking details, check billing methods, credit status, and limits. Optimize sales processes by identifying and fixing inefficiencies. Support the achievement of sales goals by providing insights, tracking sales targets, and developing key performance indicators. Manage sales tracking tools, report on important metrics, suggest process improvements, and monitor sales trends and market dynamics. Perform other ad-hoc support tasks as required.
* Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills : Collaborate effectively across departments, communicate professionally, share insights and feedback, and build trust and rapport with colleagues.
What profile do we need?
* Experience with ERP and CRM systems
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
* Understanding of sales principles and customer service
* Analytical, multitasking, and organizational skills
* Teamwork and motivational skills
* Experience in multicultural environments
* Effective time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Customer relationship management and sales strategy knowledge
Education and Experience
* Advanced English proficiency
* At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Associate
