Our platform provides reliable, compliant, and scalable payment services that help clients expand globally and operate efficiently.We’re growing quickly and are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team onsite in Spain — someone who will serve as the primary point of contact for our active merchant clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support and partnership experience.
Position Overview:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing ongoing client relationships, understanding each client’s business goals, and helping them make the most of SetoPay’s payment gateway solutions.This role requires a proactive, structured professional with strong communication and organizational skills, and preferably a background in payments, merchant services, or fintech account management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main contact for a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring professional and timely support.
* Understand clients’ operational and growth objectives, helping them utilize the payment gateway efficiently.
* Organize and conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and onboarding sessions.
* Coordinate with technical, compliance, and operations teams to resolve client requests.
* Track client performance, analyze transaction trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure clients are informed of product updates, new features, and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain CRM records, document client communications, and prepare progress reports.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management, client success, or relationship management — ideally within the payment gateway, acquiring, PSP, or fintech industry.
* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
* Professional and proactive approach to client service.
* Fluent in English (Spanish or other EU languages are a plus).
* Located in Spain or willing to relocate.
* Ability to work full-time during fixed office hours.
* Familiarity with online payment flows, chargebacks, and merchant account operations is an advantage.
