Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Specialist
Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long range financial planning processes
Analyze the income statement, the cost structure, key production performance indicators (KPIs)
Support business with financial modeling, investment analysis, and scenario planning. Enhance dashboards and analytical tools using Excel, BI, and planning tools
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Monitor and control costs, margins, and operational spending
Acting as a point of contact for the parent company and other stakeholders on all relevant finance matters. Participate in annual audits
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Masters or MBA is a plus)
+7 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling or Audit
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
Knowledge of SAP S4HANA (FI/CO, SD and PP) is a plus
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style with strong attention to detail
Fluent English skills (C1 level) in both written and spoken communication are a must
