We are looking for a People and Organization trainee to join our People and Organization team in our Bolton Food Spain Business Unit based in O’Grove.How you make the difference:As a People & Organization Trainee, you will work closely with the Senior P&O Manager, supporting the daily delivery of HR services while gaining hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle. You will contribute to creating a positive employee experience, ensuring efficient HR processes, and supporting key people initiatives that help drive business success.During the internship, you will gain valuable exposure to a wide range of P&O areas, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Strategy, Organizational Design, Internal Communication, and Industrial Relations.This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad understanding of Human Resources within a dynamic manufacturing environment, working alongside experienced professionals and actively contributing to impactful projects and initiatives.How your agenda looks like:- Support Employee Administration.- Contribute to Talent Acquisition.- Assist with Learning & Development and Employee Engagement.- Support HR Reporting and Continuous Improvement.Your team:Integrated within the People and Organization team in O’Grove Plant, you will be reporting to the Senior HR Manager.What makes you a great fit:- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.- Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.- Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English.- Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and eagerness to develop a career in Human Resources.What’s in for you:- Work location: O’Grove, Spain- Duration: 6-month internship- Working Hours: Full Time- Remote Working: Hybrid modelCurious About Us?
