YOUR MISSIONS
HR-Path’s Spain Successfactors Teams consulting business is growing, and we are looking for a new colleague to drive this growth. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the colleagues in your team, helping them prioritize the work and supporting their development while you keep your experience working in challenging and interesting projects.
* Coordinate the colleagues in your team, helping them with the priorization of the workload.
* Deploy and lead innovative, digital and impactful change management, training and communication programs
* Face new challenges with different projects and implementations.
* Functional technical leading role.
* Be part of the implementation of different SuccessFactors module, you could keep learning and develope in this area.
YOUR PROFILE
* Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in the SuccessFactors Environment
* Solid experience of at least 3 years leading projects and coordinating a team.
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Previous experience working on HR related projects
* Excellent level of Spanish & English language skills
