The role
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and integrated HR Technology Solutions that align with our Global Enterprise Architecture.
What you’ll do
* Ensure Architectural integrity, scalability, and security across all HR systems and integrations.
* Collaborate with Cross-functional teams to define and implement integration strategies between HR systems and Enterprise Platforms.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations to enhance the HR Technology landscape.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Stakeholders and IT Product Managers, providing technical guidance.
* Maintain architectural documentation and ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture and Security standards.

Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in Application Development Lifecyle (5+ years).
* 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architecture role focused on HR systems.
* Experience with System Integration, APIs, Middleware, and Data Architecture.
* Knowledge of HR processes and Platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure...).
* Experience with different AI models.
* Familiarity with Security, Compliance, and Data Privacy regulations.
* Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills.
