AXA Partners Spain is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. We require a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for business development in the insurance sector to play a pivotal role in expanding our Lifestyle Protection products into new markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Business Development Manager, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and be instrumental in various commercial activities, including:
Developing and executing a commercial strategy for the rollout of Lifestyle Protection products in alignment with SEILA and central guidelines
Building and nurturing relationships with industry contacts and potential clients
Representing AXA at industry conferences and seminars to expand our network
Utilizing research and analysis to formulate tailored business plans and customer value propositions
Preparing compelling presentations, reports, and tender responses for prospective clients
Assisting in contract negotiations and the master policy approval process
Staying updated on regulatory changes impacting the insurance landscape
Facilitating the smooth transition of new clients to our Account Management and Client Support teams post-deal closure
Collaborating with Corporate Development on multi-year plans and addressing commercial inquiries
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in B2B Insurance Sales, particularly within Spain
Familiarity with international business structures and dynamics
Fluency in both Spanish and English
A strong ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets while maintaining high execution standards
Leadership experience in international and multi-functional settings
Significant sales experience in the banking or insurance sectors
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, including proficiency in creating impactful presentation materials
A highly self-motivated and organized approach with a keen attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
A willingness to travel as required
An undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field
