- Technical background/degree (Mechanical Engineer)
- Experience in the HVAC / Chillers industry or a similar field
- Experience in Technical Support u0026 Warranty handling (Technical)
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Experience with project management and/or coordination
- Strong communication skills – both oral and written, especially in English
