As the Space Business Unit of Indra Group, we combine cutting-edge technology with a full value chain approach—from satellite design and integration to ground segment and operations. With the integration of Deimos and strategic participation in Hispasat and Hisdesat, we are scaling Europe's space autonomy and contributing to flagship programs like IRIS2, Galileo, EGNOS, and Copernicus.
What will you do?
- Manage and execute subcontracts for space projects and tenders, ensuring compliance with objectives, schedule, quality, and costs.
- Act as the main interface with subcontractors and procurement department.
- Launch calls for tenders and review subcontract proposals.
- Negotiate agreements and follow up on subcontractor and supplier performance.
- Provide inputs to projects regarding acquisition status, supplier efficiency, milestones, delays, and mitigation plans.
- Lead supplier project milestones and attend project reviews.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation in line with standards.
What are we looking for?
- 2–5 years of experience in negotiation at international markets (preferably in space or high-demand environments).
- Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to adapt to demanding environments and manage multiple projects.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Puertollano.
