The Capgemini Deal Analyst Team brings commercial and financial rigor to deals' structuring and shaping and acts as the Finance business partner for financial deal related activities.

What will be your role?
1) Support sales/bid team in the understanding of client requirements & help develop
compelling propositions.
2) Drive financial optimization of the bid while ensuring financials adhere to internal financials
compliance/rules and risks are transparently disclosed.
3) Work closely with other bid team members and/or other Group Functions with potential
Client facing exposure.
4) Provide independent Financial review or advise on bids and contribute to transversal financial
projects / analysis.
The candidate will report to the Spain BU CFO.
The BU Spain Deal Analyst Senior Manager/Manager plays a key role in financially qualifying,
prioritizing & planning the deal pipeline in coordination with the Unit Sales Team.
* Acts as the reference for the local country bid team on complex financial subjects or will directly oversee the complete financial management for large and/or complex deals.
* Supports and drive adoption within the region of our group policies and pre-sales financials
guidelines.
* Protects Capgemini's interests while optimizing Client's proposal, managing deviations from
group standard terms & conditions, ensuring timely escalation and Management/Group
approvals.
* Provides training & coaching on internal group deal management tool, metrics and processes.
* Acts as a change agent in managing deal financial process matters and target operating model
derived financial metrics.
* Cross functional collaboration with other Group functions e.g. CFO/LFD, Controlling, Tax, Legal and CCM.
To feel confortable in the position requires knowledge in/of:
* 10+ years of relevant finance experience, fluency in Spanish/English and advanced Excel
skills.
* Finance degree with accounting literacy notably IFRS15 & 16, cashflow assessment.
* Knowledge of deal structuring, financial modelling and market standards' pricing
models.
* Experience in articulating and presenting financial proposals, at Executive level while
driving details challenges to resolution.
* Client focused, working with bid and sales teams to understand client requests, and
problem-solving mindset.
* Experience in risk management, and involvement in Client and contract negotiations is
a plus.
* Logical thinker, enjoy to structure deals and find solutions to Client's financial
challenges.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior executive stakeholders.
* Experience working within a multicultural and international environment.
* Ability to manage their own deliverables in given timelines while being a strong team
player.
* Flexibility (no week the same), ability to work with tight deadlines and high ethical
standard.
