Responsibilities- Proactively visit customers to identify opportunities to keep the installed base up to date by offering solutions from the GEA Portfolio.- Prepare and follow‑up on commercial proposals for spare parts, service level and maintenance agreements, health checks, upgrades and retrofits.- Execute the GEA Service strategy and GEA Service sales plan in close collaboration with the team.- Provide support to customers on technical clarification of the requirement, acting as a key interface between Sales, Service and internal stakeholders.- Manage warranty cases in coordination with internal departments and factories.- Support maintenance planning activities and spare parts identification for service agreements.- Handle order confirmations, ensure accurate processing and follow‑up on deliveries to guarantee on‑time delivery.- This role will act as a key interface within a fast‑growing organization with the potential to grow into a pure sales position in mid‑term.Qualifications- Degree in Engineering or related technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering.- Professional (Junior) experience in sales and service support roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing industry.- Solid communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.- Strong organizational and analytical skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner.- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross‑functional teams.- Service‑oriented mindset with a proactive, solution‑driven approach to problem solving.- Fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English;
