Scientific Communications Project Manager
We are looking for a Scientific Communications Project Manager to drive the development and successful delivery of scientific publications and medical information plans in close collaboration with Medical Affairs for a leading global pharmaceutical company at the forefront of innovation in healthcare
In this role, you will play a key part in bringing scientific data to life, ensuring high-quality execution, strong cross-functional alignment, and timely delivery of strategic communication initiatives. What would your duties be?
- Management and execution of tactical plans, providing operational support for publications and medical information, including the development and oversight of strategies, coordination with agencies, timeline tracking, stakeholder alignment, and budget monitoring.
- Planning, organization, and maintenance of project documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout all stages.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, timely follow-up, and alignment on deliverables and objectives.
- Preparation and management of author agreements and CDAs, including coordination of review, approval, and release processes, while ensuring timely execution and compliance.
- Proactive communication of updates, alerts, and progress reports to cross-functional stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Which are the requirements for this position?
- At least 3 years' experience in Medical Information/Medical Publication
- Experience in Management/Medical Affairs in order to interpret requirements, develop solutions, and explain to other audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in science related careers (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).
- Master's degree in a Scientific Field with on top education in the area of Operations Management, Process Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Management or equivalent, would be highly valued.
- English fluent in written, reading, speaking. Spanish/ German or other language would be a plus, but not necessary
