Position Type: Full-time (40h/week, including weekends)

Your Role & Impact
Client & Business Development
Ensure an exceptional customer experience, acting as a role model in client engagement and sales performance
Build and nurture strong client relationships, implementing CRM strategies to drive loyalty and repurchase behavior
Translate global objectives into daily team goals and store KPIs
Store Operations
Oversee all store operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and operational excellence
Ensure the store is always impeccably presented and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines
Manage stock levels, replenishment, and product rotation to optimize inventory
Drive and support all marketing initiatives in‑store
Team Leadership & Development
Coach, and retain a high-performing team with a positive and collaborative mindset
Promote a growth‑oriented environment
Create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering workspace
Brand Representation
Embodies Ma Cherie’s values and act as a true brand ambassador both in‑store and in the local community
Ensure alignment between store execution and the brand’s image, voice, and wellness philosophy
Represent the store in communication with the Head Office and contribute to overall brand positioning
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, ideally in wellness xkdbapo or cosmetics
Strong leadership skills xpzdshu with a natural ability to inspire
Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management skills
Deep focus on client service excellence
Passion for wellness, beauty, and sustainable retail
