The Role
We offer a flexible collaboration model depending on your experience, network, and level of involvement. Some partners prefer simply introducing qualified buyers, while others take a more active role throughout the purchasing process.
Depending on your involvement, responsibilities may include:
- Introducing potential buyers through your personal or professional network
- Following up on incoming leads
- Assisting clients in finding the right property
- Organising and attending property viewings
- Supporting negotiations and purchase processes
- Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the entire process
We manage the process professionally and discreetly from first contact through to completion, ensuring every client receives a seamless and high-quality experience.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, professional, and relationship-oriented, with a genuine interest in helping clients find the right property in Spain.
Key Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Additional languages are considered an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A service-oriented and detail-focused approach
- Experience using CRM systems and digital tools is beneficial
An existing network or client base is highly valued, although the right attitude, professionalism, and drive are equally important.
