We're Hiring: Project Manager Communications – Global Healthcare Solutions
VAMED+WWH is a global healthcare company that provides modular and flexible hospital solutions, helping to close gaps in medical infrastructure.
We are looking for a Project Manager Communications who will act as the operational backbone of Brand & Communications, ensuring the translation of strategy into a structured, efficient, and high-quality execution across projects, channels, and teams.
Location: Hamburg, Germany / Seville, Spain (on-site)
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the operational execution of communication projects by translating strategy into concrete plans and ensuring their successful delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
* Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, and external providers, optimizing processes and workflows.
* Oversee and review content to ensure brand consistency, identify improvements, and maintain high quality standards.
* Support cross-departmental alignment and contribute to the success of key business-oriented campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in project management within communications, marketing, or brand management.
* Proven experience leading complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
* Strong background in process optimization, resource management, and project prioritization.
* Proficiency in project management tools.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
