Responsibilities
New Site Parameter Planning
* Based on predefined rules and inputs, plan cell parameters, including site/cell identification, very critical parameters such as frequencies,/PCI/cell radius, and other key radio parameters.
* Deliver planning parameter sheets in accordance with defined SLA requirements and maintain the database.
* Generate required scripts.
* Review others' output and ensure the quality.
KPI Monitoring and Analysis
* Perform multi-technology and multi-frequency KPI analysis for designated sites and produce KPI comparison reports.
* Identify and detect abnormal issues in a timely and accurate manner.
KPI Improvement
* Execute KPI improvement actions for KPIs that do not meet targets.
* Scope includes 2G/3G/4G/5G KPIs related to accessibility, retainability, mobility, and quality.
* Deep troubleshooting if needed.
* Participate in meetings with customers and various project-domain owners as arranged by the project team to align on progress, issues, plans, and the key issues, typical cases.
* Perform other assigned tasks, including data collection and preprocessing, as well as other basic optimization activities.
Requirements
Work Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in network planning and optimization projects.
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the equipment planning and optimization.
Technical Skills:
* Proficient in 2G/3G/4G/5G parameter planning, KPI monitoring, and KPI improvement, deep knowledge on 4G/5G planning, parameters, KPI analysis, troubleshooting and improvement.
* Familiar with the OSS and related testing and optimization tools.
Communication & Coordination:
* Capable of reporting and presenting to mid-level managers independently.
* Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and surrounding teams.
Soft Skills:
* Flexible and compliant with project arrangements.
* Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
* Willingness and ability to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Specialized experience in MasOrange / Orange / MasMovil projects or engineering optimization is a significant advantage.
Languages:
* Spanish and English, both required at working proficiency level.
