Your Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy:
Define and execute the roadmap for digital products through full product backlog ownership, refinement facilitation, and delivery management. Customer Journey Optimization:
Analyze user behavior and back up assumptions of business value to improve conversion rates, usability (UX/UI), and retention. Data-Driven Decisions:
Use advanced analytics and metrics to monitor product KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and explicitly prove business value based on real data. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the lead developer partner and bridge between IT, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure flawless technical implementation of new features. Digital Innovation:
Explore new trends (including AI integration into digital products or product discovery workflows) to keep the group at the competitive forefront. Change Management:
Support international business units and stakeholders across different cultures in adopting digital tools and agile product best practices
What You Need to Shine ✨ Senior Experience:
A solid track record of experience in product-oriented roles for digital or software platforms (ideally within industrial or tech environments). Strategic Vision:
The ability to understand business objectives, translate them into scalable digital features, and schedule trade-offs with development teams. Tech Mastery:
Detailed knowledge and practical experience with agile methodologies. Fluency in technical concepts to communicate seamlessly with engineers.
Experience in e-commerce or SAP Commerce is a significant plus. Integral Communication:
Fluent English is mandatory for daily collaboration with Germany and global subsidiaries.
German is a plus.
