The Head of People Operations leads and operates a global People Operations function that enables employees and managers to have a clear, consistent and positive experience throughout their time with the organisation.

What You'll Do:
* Own the global People Operations operating model, ensuring employees and managers receive reliable, timely and high-quality People support wherever they are based.
* Own end-to-end global payroll operations across all countries and vendors, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
* Deal with complex ER Cases.
* Working across three different brands.
* Continuously improve People Operations processes, documentation and workflows, leveraging AI-enabled opportunities to drive efficiency, clarity and a consistent global employee experience
* Oversee the full employee lifecycle globally. Including onboarding, contracts, role changes, transfers and offboarding, ensuring experiences are smooth, clear and well communicated
* Provide senior hands-on oversight of day-to-day People Operations, remaining close to delivery while setting clear standards and expectations
* Ensure first-line People services are accessible, practical and responsive, with clear escalation pathways for complex or sensitive matters including employee relations, senior exits and jurisdictional risk cases
* Define and manage service standards, SLAs, workflows and controls that balance efficiency, risk management and employee experience
You'll Be Great for This Role If:
* You bring deep HR Ops expertise, having successfully influenced and delivered impact across multi-country, high-growth organisations
* Proven experience as a Head of People Ops within a scale-up technology or consultancy business.
* Senior leadership experience in global People Operations within a fast-growing, complex and/or regulated environment, with direct accountability for operational, compliance and risk outcomes.
* Hands-on experience operating and optimising HR technology, including a global HRIS and ticketing or case management system. Ideally HiBob and Zendesk, with automation, integrations and workflow design.
* You have managed onboarding and experience building chatbox.
* Able to work in fast paced environment.
* You're an expert in organisational design, talent management, and leadership capability building
* You're comfortable influencing at VP and Director levels, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
* You use data and insight to shape decisions and measure impact
* You thrive in an environment of change and growth, bringing resilience, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
* You can partner with senior stakeholders.
* Have experience in working across three different brands.
