Marketing and CommunicationJob overviewWe are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to join the FEUGA Foundation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies at both national and international levels across all foundation departments and services. This role aims to significantly increase the impact and visibility of the Foundation's activities and projects. The position requires a strong background in multi-channel marketing, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement within the academic, research, and innovation sectors.Key responsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the Foundation's mission and objectives across all departments.Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the Foundation's services, projects, and initiatives to diverse audiences including academic institutions, industry partners, and government agencies.Design and manage go-to-market strategies for new services and projects, ensuring maximum reach and impact.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities in national and international markets.Establish and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.Digital Marketing & CommunicationsDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies, including website management, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Manage online presence and reputation across multiple platforms.Create compelling content to communicate the Foundation's value proposition.Implement SEO / SEM strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation.Sales Support & Lead GenerationSupport business development by generating qualified leads and nurturing prospects.Develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, brochures, and digital assets.Collaborate with department heads to understand service offerings and craft marketing messages.Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.International Outreach & PartnershipsRepresent the Foundation at international conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.Develop localized marketing strategies for different international markets.Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors supporting marketing initiatives.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field;
Master's preferred.Professional certifications in digital marketing, project management, or related areas are advantageous.Valuable ExperienceExperience in marketing for research institutions, foundations, or technology transfer organizations.Knowledge of the academic and research ecosystem, R&D processes, innovation management, and technology commercialization.Familiarity with European and Spanish funding programs and regional innovation landscape.SkillsExcellent communication skills in Spanish and English (C1 level);
