At CHINT, a integral leader in electrical energy solutions, we're looking for an LV Sales Manager to lead and grow our presence in the Spanish market.

If you have experience in technical sales within the electrical sector, know how to build lasting relationships with distributors and key accounts, and thrive in both field-based work and strategic team management — we want to hear from you.

This role is for someone who doesn't just meet targets, we are looking for someone to design the strategy to exceed them : from manage the distribution channels to developing a high-performing sales team across multiple regions in Spain.

You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, the technical knowledge to deliver real value to your customers, and the backing of a global company with strong local ambitions.

Main Responsibilities:

Distribution channel

- Advising how to distribute CHINT goods on the market
- Start-up of cooperation with new Customers
- Regular communication with existing Partners
- Coordination of issues related to price level setting, preparation of price list
- Manage key LV customers
- Negociation and collaboration with Purchase Groups

Sales and technical support for distributors

- Carrying out training for Distributor's staff
- Carrying out presentations and seminars for Customers (at Distributors, at Customers)
- Technical consultancy for Distributors and their Customers

Sales team

- Leading the sales team in different regions and back office team
- Checking performance results, providing feedback and taking actions to support them

Project management

- making technical specification/technical solution
- communicating the most suitable supply channel
- setting regulations/rules for project business (system of technical support)

Coopreration with projects and technical team

- making database of installers, key customers and projects
- getting into intensive cooperation with the most prospective ones
- providing internal and external teams with technical support

Promoting Chint brand label & product

- Cooperaton with our internal Marketing & Strategy team for key events and projects
- Support in communication with technical magazines
- Propose, participate and carrying out exhibition activities
- Review and propose promo items and catalogues

Requirements:

Workplace

- Spain (preferably Madrid)
- Willingness to travel (Spain: Customers support, fairs...)
- Occasional international trips (HQ, meetings...)

Training

- Industrial or Electrical Engineer.- Equivalent experience. xqbhyrx

Specific Training

- Excel – Professional level-
- Specific training in electric product.
- SAP

Language

- Spanish: Native
- English: C1 (mandatory)
