This will enable us to enhance our existing product and service expertise with new experience and skills to support our clients on their cyber risk management journey.
As a Cyber Risk Consultant, you will support the development of our Cyber Risk Consulting proposition and assist in enhancing our brand and capabilities. You will embody these values and be responsible for the delivery of outstanding risk consulting services to underwriters and clients.
What will your essential responsibilities include? Assisting in advising Underwriters on industry-specific risks and supporting clients in implementing their cyber risk reduction strategies.
Helping to build a set of cyber services aimed at helping clients understand, manage, and mitigate their risks.
Supporting the design and implementation of customized risk management frameworks tailored to client needs.
Learning to define risk management processes and guidelines, contributing to the overall framework.
Collaborating with senior team members to develop risk analysis methodologies, focusing on identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks.
Adapting risk analysis approaches to meet the specific needs of clients based on factors such as industry and size.
Engaging with underwriters, brokers, and clients to discuss risk consulting solutions aimed at improving risk profiles.
Visiting and interacting with clients to evaluate location and industry-specific risks, reporting findings to the team.
Ensuring compliance with technical rules and guidelines while learning best practices.
Sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues interested in cyber risk mitigation.
Collaborating with AXA’s Cyber Centre of Excellence to share insights into industry trends and emerging issues.
Qualifications Master's degree in Cyber Security. Understanding of frameworks such as NIST, ISO, CISM, CISSP or Cyber Essentials+ is highly evaluated.
Experience in Cyber Security roles and / or Information Technology sector or relevant fields, understanding of regulations, policies, and procedures in a cyber-security context.
Some experience or coursework related to risk management, particularly in Cyber Security.
Familiarity with cyber insurance concepts will be a plus.
Fluency in English and Spanish (Italian will be a plus).
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and support various stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders, technical IT people, Underwriters, and clients.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to create clear and engaging presentations.
Ability to work independently while being a great team player.
Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 20%).
