Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Content Management Business Support Specialist that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on operational support for content management processes within a regulated environment. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of marketing and promotional content workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain content within Veeva Vault PromoMats, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
* Support content creation and publishing processes using web‑based applications for marketing and promotional materials.
* Handle and prioritize incoming requests through Jira, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
* Collaborate with teams following Scrum methodology, participating in sprint planning and daily stand‑ups.
* Assist in the coordination of marketing materials and campaigns for Animal Health products.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Life/Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or related areas.
Experience
* Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or animal health industry is required.
* Mandatory: Hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats.
* Familiarity with content management systems and marketing workflows.
Skills
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in Jira and agile project management tools.
* Working knowledge of Scrum methodology.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Language
Fluent English (business level) is mandatory.
