We are currently looking for a Framework Contract & Work Ordering Officer to join our International Organisations team in Mallorca, to support the management of framework contracts with International Organisations and European Institutions. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure accurate contract execution, quality delivery, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage framework contracts and related work orders end to end
Act as the main point of contact for contract management topics with assigned clients
Coordinate with customers, consultants, and partners on contractual and delivery matters
Collect, review, and submit technical and financial proposals
Prepare formal and commercial offers
Process specific contracts and maintain contractual documentation
Monitor contract performance and ensure quality and compliance
Follow up on invoicing terms and prepare supporting documentation
Provide administrative and operational support, including meeting coordination and document management
We look for
Bachelor degree in Business administration, Accountancy, Communication or a related field.
Fluent in English
+1 year of experience in administrative tasks, procurement and/or interaction with customers and suppliers.
Good command of Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook).
Motivated, willing to learn, flexible and open-minded. Also reliable, responsible and positive team player
