Role Overview
Back Market is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Circularity Customer team (5 engineers) within the Customer Journey Tribe (B2C). This role involves mentoring, coaching, leading delivery, and hands-on technical contributions.
Responsibilities
* Lead a collaborative team to deliver high-quality software loved by customers and sellers.
* Collaborate with product groups and other tribes to align with company objectives.
* Develop team members through coaching and mentoring.
* Foster an inclusive environment where team members feel supported and valued.
* Establish open communication and feedback culture.
* Operate in an agile environment, building, launching, monitoring, and supporting products.
* Identify and implement process and product improvements.

* Experience in finance or payments is a strong asset.
* Proven experience in search & recommendation topics is a plus.
