Mars Petcare is seeking an experienced and highly organized Release Manager to join the new Digital Transformation team in Mars Pet Care division and lead cross-product solution orchestration within our suite of Marketing Technology (MarTech) products. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the seamless coordination, execution, and delivery of product releases, integrating tools such as SSO, consent and identity management, CDP, CRM, DAM, and others on our product roadmap into a cohesive solution. As part of the Mars Petcare GDP team, you will contribute to our mission of delivering innovative, technology-driven solutions that improve the lives of pets and their families globally. Expertise with JIRA for managing workflows and tracking progress is required.
Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle for cross-product MarTech initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define release scope, objectives, and KPIs.
CDP (Customer Data Platform)
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
DAM (Digital Asset Management)
Act as a strategic leader to identify synergies and optimize workflows across the MarTech stack.
Establish best practices and guidelines for release planning, execution, and post-release reviews.
Utilize JIRA extensively to manage release workflows, track progress, and provide visibility into release status.
Generate and distribute reports highlighting release performance, challenges, and achievements.
Proven track record of managing releases across complex MarTech ecosystems, including tools such as SSO, consent and ID management, CDP, CRM, and DAM systems.
Proficiency with JIRA is a must, including workflow management and reporting.
Full Professional Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Jenkins, Git) and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
Experience in global or enterprise-scale organizations with a focus on MarTech solutions.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines as applied to marketing technologies.
Certification in Agile, Scrum, or ITIL is a plus.
PMP (Project Management Professional).
