Mission
Own and continuously evolve SAP FI and Treasury solutions, ensuring their stability, compliance, and alignment with business and strategic objectives. The role acts as a key link between Finance, Treasury, and IT, driving operational excellence, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and delivering robust SAP solutions.
Responsibilities
* SAP FI & Treasury Expertise & Solution Ownership
o Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP FI and Treasury solutions, maintaining alignment with business needs and the SAP roadmap.
* Project Implementation
o Contribute to SAP FI–related projects covering continuous system improvements, roll‑out activities, S/4HANA migration, SWIFT ISO 20022 compliance, and upcoming strategic implementations such as EPM and SAP Treasury Management System.
* Operational Excellence
o Oversee support and maintenance of SAP FI and Treasury modules, ensuring system reliability, performance, and data integrity while implementing best practices for configuration, testing, and documentation.
* Business Engagement
o Act as a liaison between Finance, Treasury, and IT, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions and supporting treasury processes within SAP.
* Compliance & Risk Management
o Ensure SAP FI and Treasury processes comply with internal controls and SOX requirements, supporting audits and risk assessments.
* Vendor & Stakeholder Management
o Collaborate with external consultants and SAP support teams, manage relationships to ensure quality delivery, and engage senior stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
* 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Treasury modules (Cash Management, Inhouse Cash, Treasury and Risk Management, Debt and Investment Management, Bank Communication Management, EBS, Swift Alliance Lite2).
* Strong understanding of finance and treasury processes.
* Experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
* Ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions and deliver high‑quality configurations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience working with finance stakeholders.
* Experience with other SAP Finance modules (AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL, Taxes).
* Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to Treasury and finance.
* Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
* Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
* PMP or similar certification is a plus.
* High level of English (C1 or equivalent).
