RESPONSIBILITIES
* AP / AR processing for SW and other EU entities
* Data Entry - Processing of invoices
* Reconciliation of purchase invoices with purchase orders
* Resolve payment issues and answer payment questions from company vendors
o Account reconciliation and help with month-end processes.
o Customs clearance answering to document requirements from authority.
o Goods/Service receipt + delivery notes verification.
o Organizes courier deliveries end to end including documentation.
o Supports purchase requisitions for operations, facilities and Admin.
o Supports expense reports review
o Ad-hoc projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
* BS/BA in business, accounting, administration or related field
* 3-5 years' experience
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
* MUST English and German (C1), other EU languages definitely a plus :)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent analytical and organization skills.
