As a Project Expeditor and Coordinator, you will act as the main point of contact with customers, internal sales teams, and hubs during project execution. You will also own the small project execution process for orders with low complexity related to instrumentation, transmitters, and valves.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
1. Take ownership of customers’ orders and handle them in the sales order processing system, ensuring all data is checked and accurate.
2. Lead communication with all involved parties.
3. Be the single point of contact after sales, keeping customers informed of potential order issues.
4. Monitor profitability and pricing uplift during execution and ensure activities align with project requirements and procedures.
5. Handle customer disputes and Trade Compliance issues.

You establish and maintain effective customer relationships, providing timely and helpful information across the organization. You demonstrate a positive attitude in all situations.
For This Role, You Will Need :
* Experience in order handling and customer-facing roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Understanding of project management principles.
* Knowledge of contractual and commercial aspects.
* Intermediate English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :
* Experience with ERP systems implementation (Oracle preferred).
* Experience working in a matrix organization.
