As a Senior 2D Artist, you will significantly impact our projects and help define the visual direction of our games.**What You'll Do*** Produce high-quality 2D assets, such as characters, environments, and UI components, that fit the game’s visual style* Lead the development of concept art, mood boards, and style guides to define the artistic vision of projects* Collaborate with animators, game designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of artwork into the final product* Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative art concepts and ideas for new projects* Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards* Stay updated on industry trends and tools, incorporating new techniques to improve the team's creative output**What We're Looking For*** Proven experience in 2D art within the gaming industry* Solid expertise in crafting characters, environments, and UI elements* 2+ years of experience with digital painting and vector graphics tools* Ability to lead and mentor junior artists* Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling* Experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities* Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of artistic styles**Why** **Product Madness**As part of the Aristocrat family, we share their mission of bringing joy to life through the power of play, with a world-class team who creates top-grossing, leading titles in the social casino genre, including Heart of Vegas, Lightning Link, Cashman Casino.
